21 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
200 ml warm milk
2 eggs
600 g flour
1/2 tbsp salt
250 g bulgur
600 ml water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
50 g walnuts
300 g sugar
500 ml water

Dissolve 21 g fresh yeast and 1 tbsp sugar in 200 ml warm milk.

Add 2 eggs to the mixture.

In a bowl, combine 600 g flour and 1/2 tbsp salt.

Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture and knead until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 parts and leave to rest for 20 minutes.

In a pot, combine 250 g bulgur and 600 ml water and boil for 10 minutes.

After boiling, leave the bulgur to swell.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp vegetable oil with 5-6 tbsp of the swollen bulgur and 50 g walnuts.

Let the bulgur mixture sit for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine 300 g sugar and 500 ml water and boil for 5 minutes to make syrup.

Leave the syrup to cool.

Preheat the oven and bake the bread for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.

Once baked, pour the cold sugar syrup over the bread.
