Drizzle oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.
Cook until the edges turn golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip the dosa and cook for another minute until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining dosas.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
