1 teaspoon chicken tikka masala
1/2 teaspoon Kashmir red chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons onion rings
3 tablespoons capsicum
1 tablespoon mustard oil
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Take 500 g of boneless chicken thigh pieces.

Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup beaten curd, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chicken tikka masala, 1/2 teaspoon Kashmir red chili powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon oil to the chicken.

Mix everything well and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Fry the marinated chicken in medium heated oil for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked.

For smoky flavor, place a hot charcoal in a bowl, drizzle some mustard oil, cover, and let the chicken absorb the smoke for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté 2 tablespoons chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves.
