Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
Measure out 2 cups of soybeans to toast in the oven and 1 cup to toast on the stovetop.

Toast the rice in a preheated pan over medium heat, stirring until it loses translucency and has a few brown specks, about 10 minutes.
Transfer the toasted rice into a bowl to cool.

Check the soybeans in the oven and stir, then return to finish cooking for an additional 20 minutes.
Toast the bulgur wheat in the same pan for about 10 minutes until fragrant and partially cooked, then transfer to a bowl.
After a total of 40 minutes, remove the peanuts from the oven when they are beautifully roasted.
Check the soybeans; they should be cooked if the skin can be peeled off easily when rubbed between fingers.
Remove the corn from the oven after about an hour when it is well toasted and evenly done.
Mix the toasted rice with 1 cup of peanuts and 1 cup of soybeans until well combined.
Mix the toasted corn with 1 cup of peanuts and 1 cup of soybeans until well combined.
Mix the toasted bulgur wheat with 1 cup of peanuts and 1 cup of soybeans until well combined.
Use a Vitamix dry grain jug to blend the combined ingredients into a fine powder.
