Add the meat and cook until everything is combined.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, cinnamon, and fried onion.

If you don't have fried onion, you can use desiccated coconut instead.

Add a cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and some water.

Add palm sugar and 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp.

Cook for 1 and 1/2 hours.
