Peel the potatoes and boil them in a saucepan with a teaspoon of salt.
Drain the potatoes and mash them well.
Add finely minced onions, shredded chicken, and cheese to the mashed potatoes and mix.
Season with a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of dried mint, a tablespoon of ground coriander, a tablespoon of paprika, and a teaspoon of minced garlic.
Add 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the mixture.
Crack the two eggs into the mixture to check the texture, then add a third egg to achieve the right consistency.
Add a teaspoon of turmeric and black pepper, then mix everything well.
Prepare a mix of flour and breadcrumbs on a plate.
Form small patties from the mixture and coat them with the flour and breadcrumb mix.
Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties until they are completely brown, flipping to cook both sides.
Remove the patties from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
