1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large egg

Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.

Gradually add water and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
