1 bag vanilla sugar
250 ml coffee milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon almond essence

Add 1 kilo of grated cassava to a bowl, ensuring it has thawed.

Add 400 ml coconut milk and 500 ml semi-full milk to the cassava.

Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Add 200 g grated coconut and 200 g cane sugar, and mix again.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a bag of vanilla sugar, and 250 ml of coffee milk to the mixture, and mix well until the cinnamon is absorbed.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon of almond essence, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.

Break 3 eggs and add them to the mixture, mixing very well to incorporate.

Add 125 g of melted unsalted butter to the mixture and mix until well combined.

Grease the baking tin and carefully pour the mixture into it to avoid splashes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 65 minutes at 200°C (392°F), keeping an eye on it until golden brown.

Sprinkle sugar mice on top before serving.
