Tempeh Stir-fry

200g / 7oz block of Tempeh
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 Onion or shallot
1-2 Chillies
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mushroom Sauce
1 tbsp Korean Chilli Paste (optional)
1 Broccoli or 200g Spinach
1 Red bell pepper

Bring a pan to medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and the garlic, shallot and chillies. Sautee for 2-3 minutes

Add the tempeh and the sauces as well as the korean chili paste, add a bit of water and the broccoli

Let simmer for 5 minutes

Add the peppers and leave on the stove for 2-3 minutes
