1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons coriander
2 tablespoons mint
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Oil for cooking
5 burger buns

In a small bowl, mix sriracha and mayonnaise well.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, coriander, mint, and lemon juice.

Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, grease the inside of a measuring cup.

Fill it with one portion of the chicken mixture.

Transfer the mixture onto a chopping board lined with foil or clingfilm.

Use a greased plastic lid to press the mixture evenly.

You can use any bottle to run over the lid for even thickness.
