Prepare the sherbet by mixing 1.5 cups of granulated sugar, 1 glass of water, and 1 glass of milk in a container.

Close the lid and shake the mixture to ensure it boils.

In a separate pot, add a small tea glass of oil and 2 tablespoons of heaped butter, then melt the butter.

Once melted, add 1 glass of semolina and 0.5 glass of wheat flour to the pot.

Cook the mixture on low heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring patiently to avoid burning.

After 30 minutes, check the color; it should have changed and the butter should be foamy.

Add the syrup gradually, mixing until it absorbs the syrup, which takes about 30 seconds.

Repeat the process of adding syrup and mixing until all the syrup is absorbed, which takes about 2 minutes in total.

Turn off the heat and add 1 pack of sugared vanilla, mixing it in.

Cover the pot and let the halva rest for 10-15 minutes.

After resting, add 0.5 tea glass of tahini and mix well until combined.

Prepare a container with stretch film, layering halva at the bottom, ice cream in the middle, and halva on top.

Invert the plate to present the halva and garnish with walnuts.
