2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Add chopped bell peppers, green peas, and tomatoes; cook until the vegetables are tender.

Sprinkle in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt; mix well.

Add the cooked basmati rice and gently fold it into the vegetable mixture.

Sprinkle garam masala over the rice and mix well to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
