1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cilantro

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
