Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cover with a second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting slits for steam.
Brush the top with a mixture of egg and milk for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
