30 grams chili flakes
400 grams tomato ketchup
50 grams garlic
60 ml oil
900 ml water
50 ml dark soy sauce
40 ml fish sauce

Start by heating 60 ml of oil in a pan.

Add 50 grams of garlic to the oil and sauté until fragrant.

Soak 700 grams of jaggery in hot water for better mixing.

Add 1.5 liters of tamarind juice to the pan after sautéing the garlic.

Add 900 ml of water to the pan.

Mix in 50 ml of dark soy sauce for color.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring well.

Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add 40 ml of fish sauce to the mixture and stir well.

Remove from heat and let it cool before storing.
