2 Tbsp Spring Onion
2 Tsp Thai Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 Egg
Pepper Powder To Taste
1 Tsp Sugar
2-3 Tbsp Oil
100 Gm Boneless Chicken Thigh Strips
½ Tsp Soy Sauce
⅛ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Oil

In a bowl, add chicken, soy sauce, pepper powder, and mix well. Cover and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, add marinated chicken and cook until done. Remove and keep aside.

Now add egg and make a scrambled egg.

Add rice and mix well.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add spring onion greens and toss well. Serve hot.
