1

Boil water for pasta and add fettuccini pasta and salt; also add chicken bouillon for flavor.

2

Cover and boil pasta for about 10-12 minutes until al dente; set aside.

3

Pat dry jumbo shrimp and drizzle with olive oil; season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper.

4

Set seasoned shrimp aside.

5

Drain pasta, saving one cup of pasta water.

6

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium-high heat skillet; add shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes per side until done; set aside.

7

In the same skillet, add 1.5 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 1/2 cup of onion; sauté before adding 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

8

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and fry to remove raw taste.

9

Pour in half a cup of reserved pasta water and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream; stir.

10

Add a handful of spinach and season sauce with chicken bouillon and Cajun seasoning; adjust seasoning to taste.

11

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well; add half of the shrimp and some sauce from the shrimp.

12

Stir in 1/2 cup of fresh parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
