Fold the dough over itself and cut it into pieces to form the buns.
Let the buns rise under a towel for a little bit before baking them.
Egg wash the buns for a beautiful finish and sprinkle with pearl sugar.
Bake the buns in the oven at 450°F for 13-14 minutes.
