A small blade Mace (javitri)
2 nos Cloves (lavang)
3 nos Green Cardamoms
½ tsp White Peppercorns (sabut safed mirch)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
2 nos Green Chillies (use as per your spice tolerance)
2 medium size (150 gms) Onion (sliced)
15 nos (15 gms) Garlic
1 inch (10 gms) Ginger (roughly chopped)
12 to 15 nos (25 gms) Cashew Nuts
2 nos Mint Leaves (Pudina)
8 to 10 stalks Coriander Stalks
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 tsp Ghee (Clarified Butter) (use as per your diet restrictions)
30 ml Milk (used after rinsing the blender jar)
2 to 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
½ tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander Leaves chopped as garnish
