Measure 1 pound of flour into a bowl.
Chop and add 1 head of broccoli.
Grate and add 2 cups of carrot.
Cut and add 2 cups of cauliflower very small.
Chop and add 4 cups of cabbage.
Add sweet pepper to the mixture.
Measure and add 1 cup of corn flour.
Measure and add 1.5 cups of rice flour.
Add 2 tablespoons of garlic.
Add 4 tablespoons of green seasoning.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons of baking powder.
Add 1 pack of yeast.
Add 2 tablespoons of saffron.
Add 2 tablespoons of salt.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Add water to form a dough ball.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pot slowly for frying.
After 10 minutes, check if the oil is hot.
Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain.
