Crush whole coriander, cumin seeds, and whole black pepper.

Then add ginger and garlic and crush them together.

In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, onion, green chili, and curry leaves and sauté.

Once the onion is sautéed, add ginger and garlic.

When the raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away, add tomatoes.

Next, add turmeric powder and sauté.

Add chicken cut into small pieces.

Then add salt and the crushed spice mix.

Pour in the specified amount of water, close the pressure cooker.

Cook until 3 whistles are heard.

Finally, add coriander leaves and remove from heat.
