Wash the basmati rice three times before cooking.

Cook the washed rice in a rice cooker.

Peel the carrot and cut it into strips, then into small cubes.

Chop the green onions and place them in a small bowl.

Cut the lunch meat into slices, then into strips, and finally into small cubes.

Beat the two eggs and set them aside.

Boil a pot of water.

Once the water is boiling, add the carrots and green peas and boil for about 1 minute.
