Caramelize the sugar with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water until golden brown.

Prepare the flan mixture by whisking together 200ml condensed milk, 200ml coconut cream (or evaporated milk), and 6 large egg yolks with 1 tsp lemon juice.

Pour the caramel into a 6 inch or 7 inch round aluminum pan, swirling to coat the bottom.

Pour the flan mixture over the caramel in the pan.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Preheat the air fryer to 140C for 6 minutes.

Place the pan in a larger pan for a water bath method.

Air fry for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the flan cool in the air fryer for 10 minutes with the basket open.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before inverting onto a plate.
