Add cauliflower rice, water chestnuts, green onions, peppers, and garlic.

Mix the sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Add the sauce to the turkey mixture. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Serve on butter lettuce leaves.
