Scale, gut, and wash the sea bream fish.

Prepare the marinade by combining green seasoning, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, seasoning powder, chicken seasoning, chili flakes, smoked paprika, garlic granules, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.

Score the fish with deep slits to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, preferably longer for better flavor.

Transfer the marinated fish onto a Ninja Foodie grill or an oven preheated to 400° Fahrenheit.

If using the Ninja Foodie, set it to grill on medium for 15 to 20 minutes without flipping the fish.

If using an oven, grill one side of the fish for 10 minutes, then flip and grill the other side for another 10 minutes, basting with microwaved leftover marinade halfway through the cooking time.
