1 large cucumber, finely sliced
1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
1/4 cup fresh dill or mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice (for salad)

3/4 cup plain or Greek yoghurt (for tahini sauce)
1 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove, finely grated (for tahini sauce)
