1

Prepare all ingredients by washing and cutting the bell pepper, broccoli, onion, chicken breast, and shrimp into bite-sized pieces.

2

In a bowl, combine the bell pepper, broccoli, and onion.

3

Dice the chicken breast and wash it before cutting.

4

In another bowl, make the sauce by mixing 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup honey, 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of ginger. Whisk until well combined.

5

In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup chicken broth and 1 tablespoon cornstarch, stirring until the cornstarch is dissolved.

6

Season the diced chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, and Tony seasoning.

7

Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat and add the chicken breast. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and crispy, then remove from the wok.

8

In the same wok, add the vegetables (broccoli, onion, and bell pepper) and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on desired tenderness.

9

Add the raw shrimp to the wok and cook for about 2 minutes, adding the soy sauce mixture during this time.

10

After 2 minutes, add the previously cooked chicken back to the wok along with the chicken broth and cornstarch mixture. Let it cook for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

11

Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat and garnish with chopped green onion and 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

12

Serve the stir fry over white rice or fried rice.
