Mix salad dressing in a small bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
Add a little bit of black pepper.
Add a little bit of sea salt.
Mix the dressing ingredients together until well combined.
Set the salad dressing aside.
Cut 200 g of cherry tomatoes in half.
Transfer the halved tomatoes into a bowl.
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes.
Add 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley.
Stir the ingredients together until just combined.
