Season the meat with a whole head of garlic, 1 tbsp of ground coriander, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil, mixing well.

Heat a small cup of olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté some hot peppers until golden.

Add the marinated meat to the pot and stir well.

Pour in 400 g of tomato puree and half a tablespoon of paprika.

Add enough water to cover the meat in the pot.

Add 100 g of chickpeas to the pot.

Prepare the couscous by adding 500 g to a bowl with 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of salt, and a drizzle of olive oil, mixing well with hands.

Transfer the couscous to a steamer pot and steam for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add some of the remaining sauce to the couscous to prevent sticking, then steam for an additional 10 minutes.

Mix the couscous with the remaining sauce until well combined and garnished with chickpeas and fried peppers.
