1 small Onion

1 tablespoon fresh Thyme
2 tablespoons minced Garlic
1/2 cup crushed ripe Tomatoes
2 heaping tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Browning
salt and pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning
1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
1/2 pot Water
2 large Sweet Potatoes
4 medium Eddies
2 ears Sweet Corn

Cornmeal Dumplings

Boil the ribs and stew beef until cooked.

Scald the conch.

In a pot, heat oil and sauté the chopped onion, celery, and scallions.

Add thyme, garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, browning, salt, pepper flakes, Mrs. Dash seasoning, basil, and ginger to the pot.

Pour in water and bring to a simmer.
