2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1 red chili pepper (about 2 ounces)
1 medium red bell pepper (about 7 ounces)
2 tomatoes (about 13 ounces total weight)
1 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 ½ teaspoons coarse salt
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
