Get a pan and add about 50 milliliters of full cream milk.
Drop in about 150 grams of butter and 150 grams of sugar.
Put the pan on super low flame to warm it up until the butter has melted.
In a separate bowl, add about 200 grams of regular flour and 50 grams of cornstarch, then mix it up.
Add 15 grams of baking powder to the flour mixture and give it a final mix, then set aside.
Transfer the melted milk and butter mixture into a bowl.
Break in 4 medium sized eggs into the bowl and mix well.
Add the dried ingredients to the egg mixture and mix using a spoon.
Pour the mixture into a strainer to strain it for a more silky finish.
Pour the strained mixture into the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at about 170 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle icing sugar on top.
