Open a can of strawberry pie filling and use about half of it to create a layer over the cake pieces.
Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the cake, similar to spreading peanut butter on bread.
Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded coconut over the strawberry pie filling.
Add a layer of Cool Whip on top of the coconut.
Drizzle a little more tiger's blood syrup over the Cool Whip layer for decoration.
If desired, add fresh strawberries on top for garnish.
