4 cups water
2 cups spinach
1 cup groundnut paste
1 tablespoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 large onion
1/4 cup palm oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 seasoning cubes
2 cups beef stock
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup smoked fish
1/4 cup crayfish
2 plantains

Soak the dry bitterleaf in water to soften it.

Boil the peanuts until tender, then blend them with ginger, garlic, and pepper.

Chop the onion into small cubes and slice the other half into long strips.

In a pan, heat oil and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.

Add the blended peanuts mixture to the pan and stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Add salt and any seasoning of choice, such as chicken bouillon or beef stock, and white pepper.

Mix in the meat and crayfish, then add the chopped spinach and bitterleaf, mixing thoroughly.
