Grind two white onions in a food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of minced beef, onion paste, 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp paprika powder, 0.5 tbsp garlic powder, 0.5 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 0.5 tsp pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Mix well until everything is combined together.

Divide the meat mixture into five equal portions.

Place a ball of meat on top of parchment paper and spread it out with your hand.

Put another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to spread the meat evenly until it is very thin and uniform.

Remove the top layer of parchment paper and fold the parchment over the meat repeatedly until you have a small rectangular parcel.

Roll up the parcel tightly and repeat with the remaining meat.

Add the parcels to a baking tray and bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Once ready, remove from the oven and unroll each parcel.

If there is excessive liquid, drain it.
