1

Defrost 225 g of shrimp and dab with a paper towel to remove excess water.

2

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of garlic, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce, and salt to taste or all-purpose seasoning (1 teaspoon). Stir together until well incorporated and cover to marinate for a few minutes.

3

In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

4

Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook for 1 minute, then turn the shrimp over and fry for another 1-2 minutes until cooked.

5

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add broccoli; cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes, avoiding overcooking.

6

Remove the shrimp from the pan and add a little more olive oil, then add 2 small chopped onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

7

Add ginger and garlic paste to the onions, which should look green due to the addition of green pepper.

8

Add green and red bell peppers to the pan along with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and salt to taste.

9

Add the precooked broccoli to the pan.

10

In a bowl, mix 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 200 ml of water, then add this mixture to the pan along with 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce.

11

Stir everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy, ensuring not to overcook the vegetables and shrimp.

12

If the sauce has not thickened, leave it for another 1-2 minutes; if too thick, add a little water.

13

Remove from heat and serve over rice or instant noodles, following the recommended cooking guidelines.
