Cut the potatoes into 5 millimeter thick slices.

Place the sliced potatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika.

Push the onion to the side of the pan, add the marinated steak, and pour over the rest of the marinade. Cook the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side depending on thickness.

In the same pan, spray with more oil and add eggs. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes until the yolk is slightly set.

To serve, place fries on a plate, add the steak, top with onions, and cover with fried eggs. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
