1 sheet defrosted puff pastry
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp cornstarch
Splash of vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees.

Roll out the defrosted puff pastry and cut it into circles to fit into a muffin tin.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, a splash of vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
