Apple Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 cups peeled and diced apples
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pre-measure all dry ingredients and place them in a bag.

Pour the dry ingredients into cups so each child gets one.

Pass the cups around for each child to dump their ingredients into the bowl.
