1/4 teaspoon garam masala
3 finely chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
4 eggs

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan

Add 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala; mix well

Incorporate 3 finely chopped tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt; cook until the tomatoes soften and oil starts to separate

Add 1/2 cup of water and let it simmer on medium flame for 2 minutes

Make small wells in the mixture and crack 4 eggs into each well without mixing them

Sprinkle chili flakes and black pepper on top of the eggs; add some chopped fresh cilantro
