Add rolled oats to a bowl.
Pour freshly squeezed orange juice over the oats to steep them.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, check the oats; they should have absorbed most of the liquid.
Add Greek yogurt to the soaked oats and fold it in gently.
Drizzle raw honey into the mixture to taste.
Add lemon juice to the mixture.
Grate honey crisp apple into the oats and stir it in.
Add jumbo blueberries to the mixture and fold them in.
Add a few walnuts to the mixture and fold them in as well.
Transfer the mixture into a glass.
Garnish the top with more walnuts, blueberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
