Add 2 cups of sugar to the grated sweet potatoes.

Add 1/2 cup of softened butter to the mixture.
Incorporate a little molasses for color and flavor.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold and cover with foil.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, checking for doneness.
Prepare the souse by processing cucumbers, onions, and parsley in a food processor.
Add chopped peppers and mix.
Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture, avoiding seeds.
Season with salt to taste and mix everything well.
Cut the cooled pork into cubes and add it to the souse mixture.
