1 handful of dill
juice of 1 lemon
1 handful of capers

1 kg of shrimp
6-7 garlic cloves
hot chilli
zest of 1 lemon
1 handful of parsley
2-3 anchovies
1 glass of white wine
juice of half of lemon

Boil the potatoes with skin on, then after they cool down, peel them and cut into big cubes.

Add the capers, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mix. Put the salad in the fridge.

Mix crushed and chopped garlic with 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts olive oil, add salt, pepper, and parsley, and refrigerate the garlic sauce.

In a deep pan, heat olive oil (and optionally 1 cube of butter).

Add garlic, hot chilli, chopped parsley tails, and lemon zest to the pan, cooking quickly at high heat.

Add shrimp and stir. When the shrimp start to change color, add white wine and keep stirring.

After 5 minutes, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve the shrimp on top of the potato salad, drizzling with the garlic and lemon sauce and some of the juice left in the pan.
