200ml whipping cream or all purpose cream

In a separate pot, combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until smooth.

Place the pot over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Add coconut milk and continue to stir until fully incorporated.

Remove from heat and mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
