Boil water and add 50 grams of sago.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover, and steam for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine 200 ml of coconut milk, 100 ml of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and turn off the heat before boiling.
Transfer the coconut milk mixture to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
Cut half of the mango into cubes and half into a puree.
Make sure the sago is transparent and cool it in ice water.
Drain the water from the sago.
Layer the mango puree, boiled sago, and chilled milk mixture in serving glasses.
Top with mango cubes and drizzle the remaining mango puree on top.
