Lavare, asciugare e mettere i peperoni sulla placca da forno.
Infornare a 200° ventilato per 40-50 minuti.
Uscire i peperoni dal forno bollenti e chiuderli in una o due buste di plastica per farli raffreddare.
Togliere i peperoni dalla busta, spellarli e tagliarli in due.
Eliminare picciolo e semi e tagliare a strisce.
Condire con olio, sale, menta, capperi e patè d'aglio.
Mescolare e degustare.
