Separate the egg whites from egg yolks.
Beat egg whites on a low speed until you reach soft peaks.
Gradually add the sugar then turn the mixer on medium speed and continue to beat until you reach stiff peaks.
Put the meringue in a piping bag and start putting it in a desired round pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 175°C, ensuring the oven is preheated. If you don't have an oven, use a deep frying pan with a cover over medium heat.
While baking, mix egg yolks, vanilla, cornstarch, and condensed milk until lumps are not visible, then cook over low heat while continuously whisking until thick.
Put the custard filling in a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.
Layer the cake, first adding enough custard filling, then another layer, repeating the procedure.
Whisk the whipped cream until fluffy, then cover the whole cake with it.
Top with the remaining custard filling.
