1 Bay leaf
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ tablespoon paprika
½ black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 lb brisket cut into chunks
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon pepper sauce
¼ cup cider vinegar
