Prepare 1 kg turkey breast, preferably tied.

In a bowl, mix 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1.5 teaspoons salt, 0.5 teaspoons curry powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 0.25 teaspoons turmeric, and 1 teaspoon canned tomato paste.

Add 5 tablespoons of oil to the mixture and stir well. Adjust oil if needed to achieve the desired consistency.

Make thin slits in the turkey breast with a knife.

Rub the prepared seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated on all sides.

Place the seasoned turkey breast in a refrigerator bag and refrigerate overnight.

If a heat-resistant bag is not available, place the turkey on a grilling rack or in a baking tray.

Place the turkey on the middle rack of the oven, ensuring that if using a heat-resistant bag, it is not sticking to the turkey and has air inside.
