Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.

Add the yeast mixture, milk, and olive oil to the dry ingredients.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest.

Fold the egg mixture into the risen dough along with raisins and pine nuts.

Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet.

Let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
